Explicit Consent to Commence Service

I expressly agree that you may begin executing the contract or the commissioned service before the withdrawal period has expired. I am aware that by giving this consent, I lose my right of withdrawal upon the start or full completion of the service.

Booking and Payment Conditions

Dive Safaris

• For bookings more than 8 weeks before the trip: 50% deposit
• Remaining payment due 8 weeks before departure
• For short-term bookings (less than 4 weeks): full payment immediately

Payment via Bank Transfer

• Available with a lead time of at least 30 days
• Only for customers residing in Germany
• Payment details will be sent via email

Dive Packages

• Personal and non-transferable
• Refund only in case of medical incapacity
• PayPal fees (~5%) are non-refundable

Travel & Tours in Egypt

• Payment in cash on site
• Unjustified no-show: 30% cancellation fee
• Free cancellation up to 4 weeks before departure

Liability Disclaimer – Diving with Diver on Tour

• Diving is at your own risk
• Participants are responsible for equipment and safety behavior
• Dive insurance is mandatory
• Violation of rules may lead to exclusion from diving

General Terms & Conditions (GTC) for Dive Safaris

1. Registration & Booking: Binding upon written, phone, or online booking
2. Payment: Full amount due before departure
3. Scope of Services: As per the offer description
4. Changes: Possible with justified reasons
5. Cancellation by Participant: Possible at any time, legal provisions apply
6. Cancellation by Organizer: If the minimum number of participants is not reached – full refund
7. Liability: Limited to performance, not for force majeure
8. Accommodation & Catering: As described in the offer, complaints must be reported immediately
9. Insurance: Travel and dive insurance are mandatory
10. Jurisdiction: Place of business of the organizer (unless consumer protection law stipulates otherwise)
